How much private money did you raise in the first 90 days?

How many units did you acquire after 12 months?

How much private money did you raise after 12 months?

How much equity did you create in the first year across your portfolio?

Simply subtract appraised value or ARV by total amount invested (purchase + rehab) amount for each property.

Example: $125k ARV - ($80k PP + $30k rehab) = $15k equity created
